Evita Salles is a veteran of the United States Navy, a Human Resources professional, and a seasoned public speaker. Her passion lies in helping organizations and individuals become empowered to perform at their peak. By leveraging her background, experience, and intuitive intelligence, she will work with you or your organization to accomplish your goals.

In the Navy, Evita has served as a Senior Human Resources Officer, Public Affairs Officer, and Naval Flight Officer. She has worked in various leadership roles within the military and private industry over her 20-year career. Outside of the Navy, she has worked in real estate, product management, and consumer lending. Evita is also a seasoned public speaker who has used her skills to perform a TED Talk and help others prepare for their “Red Dot” debut.

The world is interconnected; thus, she believes in a systems-thinking approach to individuals, organizations, and beyond. Organizations thrive when they embrace learning and growth and realize they are part of something bigger. Evita is a lifelong learner who believes in self- improvement/development for the greater good and embraces a servant leadership approach in her personal and professional life.
