Nayla Choueiter is an Executive Coach PCC and Change Leadership expert with 26 years of professional experience in Management Consultancy, Education and NGO development. She is the managing partner of Bluestorm, a boutique executive coaching and advisory firm specializing in catalyzing individual, group and corporate transformations. Nayla advises top management teams in the collaborative design and implementation of strategic transformation initiatives, in a variety of industries (Offshoring, Education, Real Estate, IT, etc.) and geographies (Europe and Africa). She combines in her interventions organizational learning principles with professional coaching practices to help them leverage diversity and work on strategic alignment and cultural change. She is passionate about relational complexity and cooperative maturity. Her high sensitivity allows her to deeply understand people and encourage them to embrace their inner shadows and light.
