Roslyn Solomon has over 30 years of consulting, coaching, and mentoring experience, helping leaders build strategies and foster mindsets that lead to extraordinary results. During this time, she developed and implemented a vast array of programs for advancing Emotional Intelligence, Mentorship practice, Systems Thinking, Change Resilience, and Leadership Conversations.
She is currently the Programme Executive at National Mentorship Movement, a non-profit organization that mobilizes mentors for those in need of support in South Africa. She also heads up the Global SoL Coaching Community Learning Practice design team and lectures at the University of Witwatersrand in Facilitation and Leadership skills. She sits on the advisory boards of the Tshwane University of Technology – Faculty of Management Science and Khulisa Social Solutions.
