Tebogo Mogaleemang is the Founder & Organization Lead of Spectrum Analytics - where he leads a multi-disciplinary team that enables enterprises to close the gap between data and value generation with infrastructure, data management, and AI solutions. He frequently writes and speaks on Grassroots Impact, Entrepreneurship, STEM Innovation, Lifelong Learning and Systems Thinking. He sits on the advisory Boards of The BIUST Centre for Business Management Entrepreneurship and General Education, The Society for Organisational Learning Botswana - SoL Botswana, and the Global Association of SoL Communities. With over 14 years of industry experience as an engineer, Tebogo has a passion for applying holistic thinking and data-driven technologies to address complex issues of our times.
