With a head for business and a heart for people, Tim McHugh successfully led teams for nearly 30 years. Since retiring from the corporate world, Tim has focused his time and energy on executive coaching, business consulting and volunteer work. He continues to help individuals and teams increase their personal effectiveness and collective success. He is known and regarded for his focus, enthusiasm and ability to simultaneously improve team dynamics and operating results.
A native of Rochester, NY, Tim started his career sweeping floors in the warehouse at Eastman Kodak while earning his degree at night. He subsequently held management assignments in credit, manufacturing, sales and marketing, and served as Kodak’s Alliance Manager to GE Capital. Following two decades at Kodak, Tim joined Hanson PLC, a global construction materials company. He served as Regional CFO, Divisional CFO, and was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Lehigh Hanson when HeidelbergCement AG acquired Hanson PLC.
Having progressed from a First-Line Supervisor to C-Suite Executive during his career, Tim utilizes a broad range of content and hands-on experience in working with others. He embraces the principles of servant leadership and focuses on both people and processes to drive improvement. Clients have included Fortune 500 companies, private businesses, nonprofit organizations and individuals.
